2. Consent to the Terms of Use of the Site

2.1. Tal Eckerling reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site if you fail to comply with one or more of the Terms of Use.

2.2. Tal Eckerling wishes to ensure that the Site is managed in an orderly and proper manner and that the various content uploaded to it serves its users in the best and safest way. Therefore, by using the Site, you undertake not to do any one or more of the following:

2.2.4. Distributing "junk mail" (spam) to the Site's servers, or flooding them with any other mail.

2.2.5. Modifying, adapting, copying, extracting data from, adjusting, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, disassembling or reassembling any of the parts of the code that make up the Site.

2.2.6. Infringing in any way whatsoever upon copyrights, trademarks or any other proprietary right found on this Site.

10. Transaction cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of a purchase and a refund are possible for purchases of digital products only, as detailed in section 10.1. A cancellation request is to be sent in writing, by email: admin@taleckerling.com or by WhatsApp: 054-828-7211.

10.1. Digital products: AI teams, bundles, the Creators Package and the Full Office

• The purchase may be cancelled and a full refund received within 14 days from the date the purchase was made, for any reason and without a cancellation fee. After 14 days, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
• The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the request, and a credit invoice will be issued.

10.2. The Recipe Book

• The Recipe Book is a digital information product that is delivered immediately upon payment. Therefore, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the purchase cannot be cancelled after delivery.

10.3. Services: consulting, strategy meetings, lessons, workshops and training sessions

• A purchase of a service cannot be cancelled and does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

10.4. The Claude Academy

• The academy is provided at no cost, and therefore there is no transaction in it to cancel. You can stop receiving emails at any time, through the link at the bottom of every email.

11. Service delivery policy

The services offered on the Site are digital and professional services (consulting, training sessions, lessons). The details of service delivery are as follows:

• Scheduling a meeting: After a purchase is made, you will be contacted to schedule a date within 1-2 business days.
• Manner of providing the service: Lessons, consulting and workshops will take place in person in central Israel or via Zoom/online meeting.
• Digital materials: Learning materials, presentations and content will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours of the time of purchase or of the time the lesson takes place, as relevant.
• Business days and hours: Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-18:00. Inquiries received outside business hours will be handled on the next business day.
• The Site shall not be liable for a delay originating in external circumstances such as force majeure, technical failures in third-party platforms, or the customer's failure to respond for scheduling.

13. Miscellaneous

10.1. If it is determined in a final and non-appealable judgment or judicial decision that any part of these Terms of Use is invalid, only that part shall be void and all other parts of the Terms of Use shall remain in force.

10.2. The Terms of Use are in addition to all provisions of any other terms of use found on the Site.

10.3. These Terms of Use shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and to the use of the Site is the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo area.
